§ Mr. FreemanNo, because of the need to maintain the confidentiality of board of inquiry proceedings. It would be contrary to established practice, as reflected in the Queen's regulations for the Army, to release the full report of a board of inquiry. I have, however, provided the hon. Member with a copy of a Ministry of Defence statement on the findings of the board of inquiry into the 1983 fire at COD Donnington and have placed a copy in the Library of the House.
