(2) whether Dr. John Brittan or Mr. Peter Peapell were involved in any subcontracting work for Marconi while in the employment of his Department;
(3) whether the current investigation by Ministry of Defence police into contracts placed with Marconi has at any stage in the past involved questioning or examining Mr. Victor Moore, Mr. Ashad Sharif, Mr. Vimal Dajibhai, Mr. David Sands, Mr. Peter Peapell or Dr. John Knight.
