§ Mr. ChopeThe Property Services Agency leases 159 buildings for occupation by Government Departments in the following central London postal districts: WC1 and 2, W1, SW1, SE1 and EC1 to 4. The rent bill for these properties is currently some £80 million, representing an annual rental of a little over£ 100 per sq m.
