(2) what transfers of records, relics or premises have been made under section 144(1)(a) of the Transport Act 1968;
(3) what is his policy on the acquisition and preservation of railway records, relics and premises under section 144 of the Transport Act 1968; and what steps have been taken to identify, locate and assess such records, relics and premises.
