§ Mr. Peter BottomleyRepresentations have been received from local authorities and others calling for early progress on the proposed A12 Farnham and Stratford St. Andrews bypass, and asking that the scheme should be extended to include other nearby villages on the trunk road. We have indicated that we hope to make an announcement about design arrangements for the scheme shortly. Further improvements will be considered for the programme when they can be justified.
