§ Mr. Peter BottomleyProposals have recently been presented for drivers of heavy goods vehicles to have medical checks every five years from the age of 45 and annually from 65. This is in line with the present requirements for drivers of public service vehicles. We are now considering the results of public consultation on this issue.
