§ Mr. EggarTwinning activity in the United Kingdom is co-ordinated by the secretariat of the Joint Twinning Committee of Local Authority Associations of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The secretariat keeps a record of all United Kingdom twinnings, including ones with China. Such information is held in the Library of the House.
