§ Mr. Lang[holding answer 10 March 1988]: Locate in Scotland is the Government organisation staffed jointly by the Scottish Development Agency and the industry department for Scotland, which has responsibility for the attraction of industry to Scotland. The cost of running LIS for the last four years in terms of salaries, administration expenses, travel, marketing and advertising are shown in actual cash terms and by conversion to a constant base of 1987–88 price levels in the table.
