§ Mr. WaldegraveBetween 1 January 1984, the earliest date for which such information is available, arid 31 December 1987, there was only one planning appeal from Suffolk in which the Secretary of State's decision was contrary to the inspector's recommendation, following a public inquiry. That appeal did not come from Waveney.
