§ Mr. ParkinsonThere are established arrangements under the Nuclear Installations Act 1965 to provide compensation for claims for injury or damage arising from a nuclear incident. These arrangements satisfy our obligations under the relevant international conventions and are in line with the arrangements in force in most other western European countries.
