§ Mr. LathamTo ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster (1) what the name of the company in Lebanon to which military equipment was erroneously sent in 1982; what was the specific nature of the company's links with the Palestine Liberation Organisation; and what specific links existed between that company and Racal-Tacticom;
(2) what disciplinary action has been taken regarding the error in 1982 which allowed an export licence to he given to a consignment of military equipment to be sent to a Lebanon company with links with the Palestine Liberation Organisation and what departmental procedures have been established to prevent a repetition of this incident.
