§ Mr. Peter MorrisonMy Department's Energy Efficiency Office continues to study a wide range of measures to help in improving efficiency in the use of energy. It is currently consulting with outside bodies about the possible development of schemes designed to recover the EEO's costs. I hope to announce the outcome of this work before the summer recess.
