To ask the Secretary of State for Energy pursuant to his reply to the hon. Member for Meirionnydd Nant Conwy, 18 MarchOfficial Report column 685, why it is expected to take until the end of 1988 to bring the first four Sellafield particular safeguards provisions into force.
