§ Mr. Douglas HoggGuidance on race relations is issued to prison governors from time to time, most recently in circular instruction 32/1986, a copy of which is in the Library. Further guidance will be issued as necessary. We are planning a review of race relations training for prison staff which will look, among other matters, at the form and quantity of training presently offered.
