HC Deb 24 March 1988 vol 130 c183W
Mr. Dalyell

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what representations have been received from the Spanish authorities on the surveillance and eventual killing of the three suspected Irish Republican Army terrorists in Gibraltar.

Mr. Mellor

It is not our practice to comment on such matters, though as my right hon. and learned Friend said in the House on 7 March, we are grateful for the invaluable assistance we have received from the Spanish authorities in preventing a dreadful terrorist attack.
