§ Mrs. RoeThe information is not available. For householders with adequate means, loft insulation is a very cost-effective measure which pays for itself very quickly. The new scheme provides a 90 per cent. grant, up to an increased ceiling of £137, to eligible householders on low incomes, that is, those in receipt of supplementary benefit, housing benefit or family income supplement.
