Mr. Portillo

I am advised by the president of social security appeal tribunals that, in the region covering Wales and the south-west, there are currently 105 persons appointed to serve of whom 11 are women. In England and Wales, nominations are made by the president from a panel appointed by the Lord Chancellor.
