We are currently studying all the recommendations of this report. It would not be appropriate for me to comment on any one of them at this stage. As my right hon. Friend indicated in his reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Sevenoaks (Mr. Wolfson) on 14 January 1988, at column 401, we hope to make a further announcement on implementation in the near future.
