§ Mr. David ShawTo ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if, in the light of the statement by Sir Nicholas Browne-Wilkinson in the High Court on 9 March in connection with the Westminster Property Group, he will again refer the papers relating to the group's activities to the Crown Prosecution Service.
§ Mr. MaudeSir Nicholas Browne-Wilkinson has directed that a copy of his judgment be sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions for him to reconsider whether any criminal charges can properly be formulated against Mr. Raper. The Director of Public Prosecutions will contact my Department on this matter if necessary.
