§ Mr. RidleyIn replying to my hon. Friend, the Member for Banbury (Mr. Baldry) on 7 March, I said that I intend that local authorities should regularly publish information about the unused and underused land that they own, in order to stimulate improved management of their land and contribute to their public accountability.
