Controlled Schools and Colleges
These properties are not insured against fire and special perils which is in line with current Government practice for publicly-owned properties.
Voluntary (including Maintained) Schools
School authorities are required, as a condition for receipt of grant, to insure these properties adequately against fire, flood and other risk.
