§ Mr. DarlingTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) if he has any plans to instruct health boards to set up a register of interests showing all shareholdings, directorships and consultancies of health board members; and if he will make a statement;
(2) if he has any plans to instruct health board members to declare their interest in private health insurance schemes; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Michael ForsythNo. Chairmen and members of health hoards are required to declare any interests in matters being considered by their board in terms of the National Health Service (Health Boards: Membership, Procedure and Payment of Subscriptions) (Scotland) Regulations 1975.
