§ Mr. Alan Clark[holding answer 29 February 1988]: The GATT textiles committee last met on 4 December 1987. The committee undertook the annual review of the operation of the multi-fibre arrangements, as required by article 10.4, and considered the membership of the GATT textiles surveillance body for 1988. The committee next meets on 14 March.
