HC Deb 14 March 1988 vol 129 c426W
Mrs. Virginia Bottomley

To ask the Attorney-General how many officials in the Lord Chancellor's Department are responsible for formulating policy on the introduction of a family court.

The Solicitor-General

Currently a specialist lawyer and an executive officer in the Lord Chancellor's Department are engaged full-time, in collaboration with officials in their own and other Departments, on policy formulation relevant to the whole area embraced by the concept of a family court.
