§ Mr. David MitchellThere are 21 coastguard stations in Devon of which 11 hold breeches buoy equipment. The annual cost of continuing to make use of the equipment in those 11 stations would be about £11,500. However, 483W development costs for replacement of obsolescent rocket apparatus would also have to be incurred in the near future.
