§ Mr. EggarFollowing my right hon. and learned Friend's statement in the House on 29 October 1986 we received some informal ideas from the Argentines, via the United States Government, which relate exclusively to the co-ordination and the avoidance of incidents in the south-west Atlantic. We replied using the same channel. The exchange continues.
