To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster when he expects to be able to make a statement about the Government's policy on restrictive trade practices.

The Government published a Green Paper on restrictive trade practices policy yesterday. I refer my hon. Friend to the answer I gave yesterday to my hon. Friend the Member for Hertfordshire, South-West (Mr. Page).
