§ Mr. RentonAs I told the hon. Member in my written answer on 2 December 1987 at column588, further inquiries were needed before this case could be resolved. I much regret that there has been some delay in initiating these. A reply is, however, now awaited from Mr. Truong. I shall write to the hon. Member as soon as the case has been fully considered.
