§ Mr. ScottWe have received some 670 representations about the £8 special payments exercise most of which concerned more than one benefit combined on a single order book. By no means all of the individuals concerned have been under-compensated. Most representations were made by individuals through their Members of Parliament; a small proportion wrote directly to the Department.
