§ Dr. ReidTo ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether he will make provision for restructuring costs of the research councils an addition to the science budget, as recommended by the Advisory Board for the Research Councils in its discussion document "A Strategy for the Science Base."
Mr. JacksonWe shall be considering what additional resources might be required to implement such recommendations in the document as may be approved.
