§ Mr. SainsburyTen MOU exist between the United Kingdom and United States of America involving Nunn amendment funding. They cover:

- The NATO Frigate for the 1990s (NFR90)
- NATO Anti-Air Warfare System (NAAWS)
- The Modular Stand-Off Weapon (MSOW)
- ADA Project Support Environment (ADA PSE)
- Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS)
- Airborne Radar Demonstrator System (ARDS)
- NATO Information System, Information Exchange
- NATO Information System, Co-operative Q & A component development
- Advanced Sea Mine (ASM)
- Advanced Short Takeoff and Verticial Landing Technology (ASTOVL)
All the above MOU except the advanced sea mane and ASTOVL technology, involve other NATO nations in addition to the United States and United Kingdom. The United Kingdom has funded initial work under all of the above MOU with the exception of the modular stand-off weapon programme, for which funding will be considered once proposals from industry have been evaluated.
