§ Mr. LuceI have not had specific discussions with the west midlands arts associations, but I am aware of negotiations between WMAA and various local authorities, including Birmingham city council, Shropshire county council, and Dudley and Wolverhampton borough councils, covering employment initiatives within the field of the arts.
