§ Mr. Gordon BrownTo ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will estimate the annual receipts derived from payment of(a) income tax, (b) capital gains tax, (c) natonal insurance and (d) value added tax paid by the top (i) 1 per cent. and (ii) 5 per cent. and (iii) 10 per cent. of earners and the bottom (1) 1 per cent. (2) 5 per cent. and (3) 10 per cent. of earners.
