To ask the Secretary of State for Defence (1) if the National Joint Ocean Surveillance Information Centre is designed to be capable of operating as a back-up to the United States ocean surveillance information system;

(2) when the National Joint Ocean Surveillance Information Centre first became operational;

(3) what is the number of (a) Royal Navy personnel, (b) United States military personnel, (c) United States civilian personnel and (d) British civilian personnel assigned to the United Kingdom National Joint Ocean Surveillance Information Centre.
