§ Mr. HeddleTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will make a statement on the eligibility of playgroups, child-minders and nurseries to receive free milk.
§ Mrs. CurrieChildren under five attending approved nursery schools and playgroups, or a registered childminder, are entitled to receive one third of a pint of free milk, or, in the case of children less than one year old, dried baby milk made up to provide one third of a pint, on each day of attendance. These arrangements will not be affected by the changes in social security provisions coming into effect in April.
