§ Mr. Spearing
To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will place in the Library a copy of any letter written to the London Docklands development corporation by Messrs Robson Rhodes concerning the annual accounts of the corporation, together with any respective responses which have been made.

§ Mr. Trippier
No. The Department is shortly to discuss with Messrs Robson Rhodes and the LDDC issues arising from the corporation's 1985–86 external audit. I shall then consider what further statement should be made to the House.

§ Mr. Spearing
To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will place in the Library a copy of the 1986–87 performance review of the London Docklands development corporation which was considered by its board in May 1987.

§ Mr. Trippier
No. The document was produced for internal management purposes only. Details of LDDC's performance are published in the corporation's annual reports and accounts, and in its corporate plan.
