(2) if he will make a statement on the future of Independent Television.
§ Mr. RentonWe have been giving careful thought to the recommendations of the Peacock committee on the future of broadcasting and shall announce our conclusions in due course. There will continue to be proper safeguards for the range and quality of programming.
