§ Dr. CunninghamTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will make a statement on the current position in respect of the disposal of former Greater London council seaside and country homes, and in particular the position in respect of the ownership of the former Greater London council estate at The Parks, Minehead, Somerset.
§ Mr. RidleyThe London Residuary Body expects to complete arrangements for the disposal of the whole of the seaside and country homes portfolio, including The Parks, Minehead, Somerset, to North British Housing Association by the end of March. Necessary consents required in connection with the disposal were issued by my Department on 29 February.
