§ Mr. SainsburyWe have now finalised our negotiations with Marconi Defence Systems on a programme of work to bring the radar up to the required standard. We have negotiated taut technical criteria, linked these to strict arrangements for relating payment to achievement, and agreed a firm price to cover the work. Formal contract signature will now proceed.
