§ Mr. Tom King[holding answer 25 February 1988]: As is usual practice with police reports covering criminal investigations, neither the report by Mr. John Stalker nor the report by Mr. Colin Sampson will be published. Accordingly, I do not intend to place a copy of the terms of reference for the Stalker inquiry in the Library of the House.
