§ Mr. PageTo ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he will make a statement of the manner in which the Council of Lloyd's proposes to implement recommendation 70 of the Neill committee of inquiry into regulatory arrangements at Lloyd's.
§ Mr. MaudeYes. I have discussed this with the chairman of Lloyd's. It was the nominated members' proposal that the annual report on the progress of regulation should be adopted by the whole council. He has also assured me that should the nominated members wish to express any reservation that would also be recorded in the Lloyd's annual report and accounts.
