To ask the Secretary of State for Employment what plans he has to meet the general secretary of the Trades Union Congress to discuss the implementation of the proposals contained in the Employment Bill.

My hon. Friend the Secretary of State and I have met representatives of the Trades Union Congress to discuss the proposals in the Employment Bill on several occasions. The most recent meeting was yesterday. We have no current plans to meet the general secretary to discuss implementation of the Bill.
