§ Mr. IngramTo ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he has yet received confirmation of the repayment of aid by a Belgian carpet and polypropylene yarn manufacturer ordered in 1987 by the European Commission.
§ Mr. Alan Clark[holding answer 29 February 1988]: The recovery of this aid is the responsibility of the European Commission, which has assured us that the repayment will be made.
