(2) how many offenders have been arrested in England and Wales under the Sexual Offences Act 1985 at the latest available date.
§ Mr. John PattenThere is no power of arrest under the Sexual Offences Act 1985. However, the information available to me, which may be incomplete, shows 220 Prosecutions under the Act in England and Wales up to the end of 1986, of which seven were in Merseyside.
