§ Mr. NewtonThe arrangements for travelling time appear in the hospital medical and dental staff terms and conditions of service, which provide that time necessarily spent in travelling between home or private consulting room, whichever is the nearer, and the hospital served, subject to a maximum of half an hour each way, shall be taken into account as part of a part-time consultant's working hours.
