§ Mr. LeeThere is no standard definition of "anti-social hours" and it is therefore not possible to give a list of occupations which involve such hours. Legislation in this area is not being considered, as the Government believe that the terms and conditions of employment are a matter for employers and employees to negotiate without Government interference.
