§ Mr. LangMy right hon. and learned Friend has been keeping a close watch on developments at Kirkcaldy. I have met Mr. Richard Reynolds, GPT's managing director. In addition, the Scottish Development Agency is working with local management, helping to seek opportunities for alternative products or activities for the plant and its work force. My officials in the industry department are in close touch with the Scottish Development Agency.
