§ Mr. NichollsMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State expects to receive very soon from the Health and 185W Safety Commission the first two sets of regulations which they have approved in the programme to renew the safety legislation relating to mines and quarries. They deal respectively with safety of exit from mines and the use of explosives at quarries. He hopes to bring them before Parliament shortly thereafter.
