§ Mr. Michael ForsythWe would expect to publish the consultation documents from the Fisheries Departments on capacity and licensing early in July. We will naturally be consulting the main bodies concerned and these will include the Scottish Fishermen's Federation and the Sea Fish Industry Authority.
