Who are the management consultants appointed to advise them on the additional staff likely to be needed to administer the community charge, and or the likely annual running costs and start-up costs; when they started work; and when the Government expect to publish the results of their inquiry.
The Earl of CaithnessOn 17th March the firm of Price Waterhouse was commissioned to examine these issues and their Report was published on 23rd June [Official Report vol. 498, cols. 1042–1043].
